Purpose of processing and legal basis
Personal data are processed as part of the activity carried out by the Data Controller for purposes related to fulfilling the request for information made by the site.
The legal basis for the processing for the purpose is the direct contact request made by you.
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be communicated
The data may be disclosed to collaborators who, as authorised data processors, operate in the structure to provide the services requested by you and may process your data in compliance with the instructions given by the Data Controller.
The data will in no case be disclosed and will be communicated exclusively to authorized parties, as well as to external suppliers and professionals who collaborate with the Data Controller for the performance of its activity.
Retention period
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the assignment and, subsequently, for the time in which the Data Controller is subject to retention obligations for the purposes set forth by law or regulation;
Rights of the interested party
You have the right, pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR, to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, in this case, you have the right to:
- obtain access to your personal data, request rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, portability;
- be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;
- revoke, at any time, any consent given without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation;
- lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
Nature of the data and consequences of failure to communicate
The provision of data for the purposes indicated above is mandatory in order to fulfill the assigned task and any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to execute the company processes and therefore impossible to provide you with the requested assistance.
